Fiksaj ne yapar
Fiksaj fotoğraf ve video arşivini ay ay gözden geçirmene yardım eder. Sağa kaydırdığın öğe
tutulur, sola kaydırdığın öğe incelemeye ayrılır. Sola kaydırmak hiçbir şeyi silmez.
Silme senin kararındır
Öğeler yalnızca İncele ekranında, iOS’un kendi silme onayından sonra silinir.
iOS silinenleri 30 gün Son Silinenler albümünde tutar; bu sürenin sonunda ya da albümü sen
boşaltınca silme kalıcı olur. Onaylamadan önce seçimini kontrol etmek ve önemli anıların yedeğini
tutmak senin sorumluluğundadır.
Ücretsiz özellikler ve Fiksaj Pro
Ücretsiz hesap günde 50 fotoğraf kararı verebilir; kota yerel gece yarısı sıfırlanır. İstersen
tamamlanmış bir ödüllü reklamla 50 karar daha kazanabilirsin. Reklam kendiliğinden açılmaz ve Pro’da
gösterilmez. İncele’de kontrol etmek ve onaylı silmek ücretsizdir; bu akışlar kota veya reklama bağlı
değildir. Fiksaj Pro sınırsız ve reklamsız kaydırma ile satın alma anında uygulamada listelenen diğer
ek özellikleri açar (ör. video temizliği).
Pro sona ererse kararların silinmez; İncele’ye daha önce ayırdığın öğeleri kontrol edip silmeye
devam edebilirsin.
Abonelikler
Fiksaj Pro aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Ücretsiz deneme yoktur.
Ücret, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliği hesabından alınır.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmazsa aynı süre ve o anki fiyatla
kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
Aboneliği iOS Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler’den ya da Fiksaj’da Ayarlar → Abonelikleri yönet’ten
yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İptal, ödenmiş dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o zamana kadar
Pro açık kalır.
Ömür boyu satın alma
Ömür boyu Fiksaj Pro tek seferlik bir satın almadır, yenilenmez. Fiksaj App Store’da sunulduğu
sürece aynı Apple Kimliği ile kullanılabilir. Yeni bir cihazda Ayarlar → Satın alımları geri yükle
ile geri gelir.
Fiyatlar ve iadeler
Fiyatlar uygulamada Apple’ın bildirdiği yerel para birimiyle gösterilir ve değişebilir; mevcut
abonelikleri etkileyen fiyat değişikliklerini Apple sana bildirir. Tüm ödemeleri Apple alır;

Apple’ın kurallarına göre değerlendirilir.
Sorumluluk
Fiksaj olduğu gibi sunulur. Uygulamayı dikkatle geliştiriyoruz, ancak yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde
senin onayladığın silmelerden doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, ülkendeki tüketici
mevzuatından doğan haklarını kısıtlamaz.
Değişiklikler
Uygulama güncellemelerle değişebilir. Bu koşullar değişirse yeni sürüm bu sayfada yeni tarihle
yayınlanır.
By using Fiksaj you accept these terms and Apple’s
Licensed Application End
User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement that agreement; if they conflict, Apple’s
agreement applies.
What Fiksaj does
Fiksaj helps you go through your photo and video library month by month. An item you swipe right is
kept; an item you swipe left is set aside for review. Swiping left never deletes anything.
Deleting is your decision
Items are deleted only from Review, after you approve the deletion in the iOS confirmation. iOS keeps deleted items
in Recently Deleted for 30 days; after that, or when you empty the album yourself, the deletion is
permanent. Checking your selection before you confirm and keeping backups of important memories are
your responsibility.
Free features and Fiksaj Pro
A free account can make 50 photo decisions per day; the allowance resets at local midnight. You may
choose to finish a rewarded ad for 50 more decisions. Ads never open on their own and are not shown in
Pro. Checking items in Review and deleting them with confirmation are free; those flows are not tied to
the quota or ads. Fiksaj Pro unlocks unlimited, ad-free swiping and the other extra features listed in
the app at the time of purchase (for example, video cleanup). If Pro ends, your decisions are not
deleted; you can still check and delete the items you already set aside in Review.
Subscriptions
Fiksaj Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. There is no free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless it is turned off
at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours
before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in Fiksaj
under Settings → Manage subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Pro
stays on until then.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime Fiksaj Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew. It works with the same Apple Account for as
long as Fiksaj is offered on the App Store. On a new device, Settings → Restore purchases brings it back.
Prices and refunds
Prices are shown in the app in the local currency Apple reports and may change; Apple notifies you of price
changes that affect an existing subscription. Apple collects all payments, and refund requests are handled
by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Liability
Fiksaj is provided as is. We build it carefully, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for
losses that result from deletions you confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under
consumer law in your country.
Changes
The app may change with updates. If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a
new date.
